Can you take a picture of the pendant before I place my order?
Yes, natural stones will vary in size, shape and color. Each piece is handmade and unique. While the quality of the photo will not be the same as the pictures on the website, it will show you the size and shape of the stone. Just go to the contact link and send us an email of what you are looking for.
What materials do you use?
All of the jewelry is wrapped in high quality sterling silver with the exception of some of the spacer beads. The pearl beads are synthetic and can be somewhat fragile. They CANNOT be dipped into liquid silver polish.
How should I clean my jewelry?
To reduce tarnishing, it is best store it in the plastic bag we have included. If it does tarnish, simply use silver polish with a creamy consistency and follow the instructions provided.
Can I specify type/shape of stone?
Yes. Our stones are created by nature, and each one is a different shape and size. Let us know what you want and we will do our best to find one similar to your description. There is no extra charge for this service.
How do you handle backorders?
If we don’t have what you want, we will fabricate it for you within 24 hours at no additional cost. If we don’t have the stone you want in stock, we will order it. Generally, that will take about 10-14 days prior to shipping. We will let you know the delivery time frame before you place your order.
Do you make special order custom pieces?
Absolutely. If you have something in mind, give us a call at 772.341.2003 and we can discuss it. Unless it is more complicated to make or requires more expensive materials, the price will be in line with comparable pieces in our collection.
